OUR DAILY REFLECTION WITH GODSATURDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2025TOPIC : OF HONEST REPORTTEXT: ACTS 6: 1-4

KEY VERSE: “Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business”Acts 6:3

In one of the church branch I pastored, on my arrival I noticed a young man who was always given certain church responsibility especially when it concerned the church finance and other serious assignments. I made enquiries as to why it was so, I was told, because he had always been consistent and honest to what ever he had been committed to do. The church had some crises to handle and this could only be handled by men of honest report, brethren who’s honesty are not in doubt and of course we saw the grace of God on this brethren at least two of them the stuff they where made of. What interested me again from these brethren was that despite being picked to serve tables, they refused to be limited in their service to God (Acts 6:8-10, 8:5-13), There are brethren who will be in church for so long a time yet can not be of service to God or humanity. God is looking for men of honest report who are also ready to work for Him, God is looking for you. *PRAY WITH ME* Lord I surrender my life into your hand, dear Lord I want to be of service to you and humanity, grant me grace to be of honest report, amen. *#Pentecostalive*
